How to Register for CVVC Tryouts

1. Visit our website: www.centralvalleyvolleyball.com
2. Under the Registration tab, select:
   • Season: 2026/2027
   • Event Type: Tryout
   • Registration Form: Select Female or Male
   • Group: Select your athlete’s age group
3. Complete the registration form and submit the $20 tryout fee.

Sunday, September 6

• 17UW / 18UW: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
• 16UW: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• 15UW: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
• 14UW: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM

Sunday, September 27

• 12UW / 13UW: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Male Age Groups

Sunday, September 13

• 17UM: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM

Sunday, November 8

• 13UM / 14UM / 15UM / 16UM / 18UM: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM

Important Tryout Information

1. All athletes must pre-register, including returning CVVC players.
2. Tryout Fee:
   • The cost is $20 per tryout.
   • Athletes born between September and December who wish to try out for two age groups must register and pay the $20 fee for each tryout.
   • Athletes born between January and August who wish to try out for an older age group must also register and pay an additional $20 tryout fee.
   • All prepaid tryout fees are non-refundable.
3. Tryout Location:
   All tryouts will take place at the Warman Home Centre Communiplex. Further details, including specific tryout times and what athletes should bring, will be emailed closer to your tryout date.
4. Team Selection:
   Registering for and attending a tryout does not guarantee placement on a team. Not all athletes attending tryouts will be selected. Further information regarding team selection can be found on the FAQ page of our website.
5. Season Commitment:
   Athletes selected to a team are expected to be committed for the full season.
6. Playing Time:
   CVVC operates under a Fair Play policy, not an Equal Play policy.
7. Coaches Needed:
   We are currently looking for coaches for both our Female and Male age groups. If you are interested in coaching with CVVC, please complete the Coaching Application.
