Tryouts for the 2025/26 women's divisions have officially been announced. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

If you are interested in trying out for CVVC for the 2025/26 season, please fill out a registration form before attending tryouts.

Frequently asked questions

When are men's divisions tryouts?

These are still TBD - please submit an expression of interest and follow or social media for more up to date information. These will likely be held in October.

 

Can my athlete tryout for more than one division?

Yes, they can! All of the listed age groups are restricted to Sask Volleyball's set ages (see below for a full list), however, you may fill out a form if your athlete would prefer to try out for an older age group (category "Tryout For Older Age Group"). You are also welcome to submit multiple registration forms - but remember, you need to submit a registration form for each tryout you wish to attend.

 

Will my athlete know the day of tryouts whether they have made a team or not?

In some cases, yes, but it will depend on the team. Most of our first teams will be decided on September 7th, however some circumstances will require a delay in final selections. Either way, all athletes will be notified whether or not they have been selected for a team. Most of our age divisions will have multiple teams, however this is limited to coach and athlete availability, so are not guaranteed.

 

Will there be callbacks?

Individual coaches may decide to have callbacks depending on the number of individuals trying out at a session. Any callbacks will be communicated to any athletes involved.

 

What age category does my athlete fall into?
